*** Application for Chief Justice Vacancy — July 26 Deadline
The Colorado Supreme Court Nominating Commission will meet on Aug. 16 to review applications, and again on Aug. 23 and 24 to interview and select nominees for appointment by the Governor to the Colorado Supreme Court. The vacancy will be created by the retirement of Hon. Mary J. Mullarkey. The vacancy will occur on Nov. 30, 2010. To be eligible for appointment to fill the vacancy, the applicant must be a qualified elector of the State of Colorado and must have been admitted to the practice of law in Colorado for five years. Applications are available now.

Your copier may have saved every image it has copied. Since 2002, most digital copiers contain a hard drive that stores every image.
