Support Colorado’s senior community — volunteer at Senior Law Day, Aug. 14

This annual educational seminar, produced by CBA's Civic and Community Affairs subcommittee, presents programs designed specifically for seniors and their adult children in the Colorado community. The event is moving to the Colorado Convention Center and expects approximately 1,000 attendees. Volunteers are needed from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., even just for an hour or two. Assignments include helping with registration and directing attendees to workshops. CLE: Hanging Your Shingle, A Step-by-Step Guide for Opening your own Law Firm, August 19-21

Our experienced faculty, including attorneys and professionals, will walk you through the entire process—From deciding to hang your shingle to actually doing it—with valuable ethics lessons and precautions all along the way.

Free File & Serve Training, Monday, July 12

LexisNexis File & Serve conducts free CLE-accredited training for attorneys and support staff once a month at the CBA offices, 1900 Grant Street, ninth floor.
