"I recently required a set of jury instructions POST HASTE!  I invited a law school friend from California to visit and assist me in a case.  One morning I sent an email to the Bar requesting OVERNIGHT delivery of a book.  I sent the email around 9 or 10 in the morning requesting the book.  My friend responded that he lives a mere 45 miles from the CA Bar assoc and he would NEVER receive a book that fast.  I live 200 miles and “over the river and through the woods” to a VERY rural mountain location.  I told him I would have it by 2 pm the next day, and the “bet” was ON!  Around 11 a.m. a member of the Bar called and asked for an actual address (not my usual P O Box) and said it was on its way.  My friend STILL did not believe it would be here, though by now he was a little humbled because someone had actually CALLED me to confirm.  Low and behold at 2 pm the UPS man pulled up to my driveway gate (4 miles off the local highway, 36 miles WEST of any local town) and dropped off my materials!!!!  You guys at the Bar. CBA-CLE are the greatest.  I don’t know how you could be more supportive of a RURAL office!!!!  Thank you."
