Legal Community Rolls Out the Giving to Metro CareRing
More than $41,000 collected for annual food drive

Sixty-three firms and the CBA Litigation Section participated in the drive, collecting 6,627 pounds of food and $32,481 in cash donations. The food drive was sponsored by the DBA's Community Action Network and ran from April 18 to 29. Click here for more information. In the friendly competition portion of the drive, winners were Berenbaum Weinshienk PC, Faegre & Benson LLP, Markus Williams Young & Zimmermann LLC, Orten Cavanagh Richmond & Holmes LLC, Thomas Pollart & Miller LLC, and Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell LLP.

Standing Order for the Interrogatories Pursuant to Rule 369 Issued by Denver County Court Presiding Judge
It is hereby ordered that when a party has obtained a judgment against the opposing party in a civil action in the Denver County Court and thereby becomes a Judgment Creditor, the Judgment Creditor may propound Pattern Interrogatories to the Judgment Debtor without further motion or order from the Court, pursuant to Rule 369, C.R.C.P.
