Ignite Presentations: Call for Presenters on the Topic of Pro Bono
Do have a passion for pro bono? We are looking for speakers to talk for five minutes about their thoughts on pro bono. Ignite presentations are short five minute presentations that feature 20 slides displayed for 20 seconds each. This is a fast-paced and thought-provoking way to get your point across. These presentations will be held the evening of Monday, Oct. 24 at the law firm of Kutak Rock.

A divorce is like a funeral, and just as the dead should be treated with respect and mourned, so too should the death of a relationship, actor Alec Baldwin told 150 people, largely family law attorneys, at the Kickoff to the Family Law Institute last week. The star recounted personal details about his own divorce and custody battle as the start to a larger conversation about the future of family law and how to prevent parties from feeling worse off than when they began.
