Veteran’s Day Gathering Friday, Nov. 11
All Colorado Bar members who are military veterans—from the Spanish-American War to the Uganda Operation—are invited to a Veteran’s Day get-together on Friday, Nov. 11, at 5 p.m. at the Breckenridge Blake Street Pub, 2200 Blake Street. New Collections Clinic Offered in South Jefferson County
The Littleton law firm of Arnold & Arnold, LLP has begun conducting a free Collections Clinic on the first Tuesday of each month, from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m., in Courtroom 1-A of the Jefferson County Courthouse. The firm’s attorneys present information regarding, among other things:
• the use of interrogatories to find assets
• transcripts of judgment
• garnishments—preparation, serving, answers, default, and traverse
• exemptions—what they are and how to claim an exemption

The CBA Young Lawyers Division is seeking nominations for the Gary McPherson Award, which acknowledges and honors a young lawyer in the community who has demonstrated a commitment and dedication to community service. Colorado Hispanic Bar Association Award Nominations
Every year at its annual banquet, the CHBA awards outstanding attorneys, community organizations, and corporate partners for their contributions to the Latino community. CSU vs. San Diego State Football Game
The CBA YLD is hosting a networking event at the CSU vs. San Diego State game, which is set for Saturday, Nov. 12, at 4 p.m. The CBA YLD is selling tickets for $20 each. Penny Retires—Help Celebrate Her 28 Years! Wednesday, Oct. 26, at 4 p.m.
It is with mixed emotions that we announce the retirement of CBA staffer Penny Young. Penny has been with the CBA for twenty-eight years! She has been an important part of the CBA and a friend to staff and members alike. Although we will all miss Penny, she has worked hard all of her career and has earned the opportunity to enjoy more time with her family and grandchildren.

Have you ever been looking at mail in your inbox, then wanted to jump to your calendar without losing your place in the inbox? Outlook makes it possible through the use of multiple windows.

To open multiple windows, right click on an icon in the Outlook bar (say the Calendar) and pick "Open in New Window". Now you can see your calendar and your inbox at the same time!
