The Legislative Policy Subcommittee needs two people from the Technology Law and Policy Section to act as liaisons. Andrew Horning and Eric Sauer were selected.

The Section can not proceed with various scheduled activities until the Bylaws are complete and ratified. To that end, much of this meeting was dedicated to discussion of, and revisions to, the first draft of the Bylaws. A Bylaws Committee Chair, Laurel Burke, was established. Please contact Laurel if you would like to participate in finalizing the Bylaws.

It was decided to combine the Contributing Authors Committee with the Publications Committee.

The Section needed three people to comprise the Nominating Committee. Those selected are: Todd Olinger, Brian Bernholtz, and Sue Weiske. Please contact a member of the Nominating Committee if you would like to hold an office for the Section.
