ATTENDING
: Dan Muffly, Mason Mitchell, Pete Bullard, Diane Peterson, Cathy Vlasak, Jed Scott, Jennifer Rice, and Linda Miller.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES
: The November 18, 2003 minutes should have included Diane Peterson as having attended that meeting.
TREASURER’S REPORT
: No report, Treasurer not present.
BOARD OF GOVERNORS
: Next meeting is February 21, 2004. Diane Peterson and Pete Bullard’s terms on the Board of Governors are over in March 2004. This means there will be two openings in March for Larimer County attorneys. Any attorneys interested should contact Peter, Diane, or Mason Mitchell.
YOUNG LAWYERS
: The Young Lawyers had a Christmas party. They are in preparation for Law Day, which will be May 7, 2004. Jennifer Rice was selected as the Colorado Young Lawyer of the Year. Darby Hoggatt is in charge of the Brown Bag Seminars. He is having difficulty finding speakers for Brown Bags, those interested should contact Darby.
PROFESSIONALISM COMMITTEE
: This seminar will be held April 14, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. Speakers will include Judge Dave Williams. The Professionalism Award will be given out at that meeting; nominations should be forwarded to Mason Mitchell.

LIBRARY SURVEY
: Pete Bullard reported that he is still seeking more surveys from attorneys, only about 100 of 400 were received, including some from judges. A review of the preliminary summary of responses show that about 2/3 of the attorneys are using the library and virtually all members believe that the library should exist for bar member’s use. Pete also said that the Library Committee needs help in re-shelving and cleaning up space.
