*** Tip of the week: Editing a PDF
Have you ever wanted to change a word in a PDF document? Here’s a solution! First, the document must have been created from a word processing file, not scanned. Also, you must have the full version of Adobe loaded on your machine, not just the reader.

To edit:
- Open the PDF that you would like to alter.
- Click on tools.
- Go to Advance Editing, which will show you another drop-down menu.
- From this menu, select TouchUp Text Tool.
- Once you have selected this tool, click on the document. Once loaded, a blue box will appear around all of your text, and you can click anywhere on the text of your document.
- You may now use your keyboard on the selected text to edit the document, just as you would in your word-processing document.
- Make your changes, save your document, and you are set!
