"Bob" Harris.  Mr. Harris is well recognized as the official "guru" of the Association world.  In addition to leading us in two sessions, Mr. Harris will be on-site all day, offering one-on-one consults for our attendees.  I guarantee you will learn more than you can shake a stick at during this conference.
