LawToolBox is an internet application for law firms and legal departments, accessible through a web browser and offers a free 30-day trial subscription.  The system automatically generates daily/weekly/monthly deadline reports by firm, practice group, attorney, paralegal, etc.  Litigators that are accustomed to seeing their deadlines in their Outlook/Handheld can activate their LTBSync software that automatically syncrhronizes the deadlines calcuated in LawToolBox to Outlook (in a similar way to Blackberry synchronization with Outlook).  Alternatively, users can also instantly import hundreds of deadlines into Groupwise, Amicus, Time Matters, or Lotus Notes, etc.  Most clients qualify for a one-time per case rate of $45 - $69.  Litigators pass the case fee on to their clients and have more time to focus on the substantive issues of a case because LawToolBox automatically (i) calculates deadlines; (ii) instantly updates deadlines to attorney and legal support staff calendars; (iii) sends e-mail reminders with practice tips and a first draft of the pleading due is run through their document assembly feature and attached to the e-mail.  Their vast Forms Library includes forms for State District Court, Court of Appeals, Supreme Court, LawToolBox is an aproved CBA Member Advantage Provider.  CBA Members receive a 10% discount for existing cases.  CNA, the Bar-endorsed legal malpractice provider, gives insurance premium discounts for using LawToolBox.
