18 USCA 922(d) Transfer of Handguns – duty of transferors: Prohibition against transfer of a firearm to a person who is the subject of a restraining order issued to prevent domestic abuse (§13-14-102) or issued in connection with criminal charges of sexual assault or child abuse.
18 USCA 922(g) Possession or Receipt of Handguns: Prohibition against possession or receipt of firearm by a person who is the subject of a restraining order issued to prevent domestic abuse (§13-14-102) or by a person who has been convicted in any court of domestic violence.

18 USCA 2261 Travel or Conduct of Offender: to prevent domestic violence abusers from crossing state lines to stalk, harass, injure or kill spouses or intimate partners and in the course of such conduct committing or attempting to commit a crime of violence against that person.
18 USCA 2261 Causing Travel of Victim: to prevent domestic violence abusers from intentionally injuring a spouse or intimate partner in order to force them to cross state lines.
18 USCA 2261A Interstate Stalking: to prevent domestic abusers from crossing state lines to stalk, harass, injure or kill spouses or intimate partners and in the course of such conduct causing a reasonable fear of death or serious bodily injury to that person.
18 USCA 2265 Full Faith and Credit for Restraining Orders: restraining orders issued to prevent domestic abuse (§13-14-102) will be enforced in all states, territories, and Indian tribes that have adopted the full faith and credit provision.
