E-Filing in U.S. District Court
The U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado To Go Electronic
As of June 20, 2005, Electronic Case Filing is required on civil cases. Filing began on criminal cases in the Fall of 2005. Attorneys practicing in Colorado's federal district court are required to file documents electronically, unless a particular attorney shows "good cause" in writing why the requirement should not apply to her or him. The system uses standard computer hardware, an Internet connection and an Internet browser.
