For Attorneys

Practicing Before the Department of Veterans Affairs CLE Program
CLE in Colorado is presenting a program on Jan. 26 for lawyers to become “accredited” to practice before the Department of Veterans Affairs. The morning session of this program meets the VA's attorney accreditation requirements. If you would like the session to constitute your 3-hour accreditation, complete the Form 21a application before the seminar and receive notification from the VA that you are accredited. Attorneys must be accredited before completing the required CLE on Jan. 26. Bear in mind that the process takes up to 4 to 6 weeks so the clock is ticking. For more information, click here. A special price of $39 for the accreditation morning portion is available to those registrants who agree to take a pro bono veterans case in the future.
