Session Laws of Colorado
The Session Laws of the State of Colorado, going back to 1993, can be found on the website for the Office of Legislative Legal Services for the Colorado Legislature. There is no search engine. You must choose a year to look at, and you can look at the list of enacted House Bills or enacted Senate Bills for that year. You can also look at a listing by Title number – still tied to a certain year – which can be helpful if you don't know the Bill number, but you know which Statute Title the Bill affected. The web address is:

Session Laws starting with 2005 can be found in the Bar Association's Casemaker Online Law Library. They are fully searchable by keyword, or you can browse by Bill number. We also upload Session Laws as they are passed by the Colorado Legislature while the Legislature is in session.
