ABBA Joins Professionalism Conciliation Panel

Fustrated by another attorney’s unprofessional conduct, and don’t know where to turn? Now there’s help. ABBA has joined other metro judicial jurisdictions in forming the Metropolitan Conciliation Panel (MCP). MCP will intervene in conflicts between attorneys over issues of professionalism and civility. MCP accepts requests for intervention and referrals from attorneys, judges, magistrates, and the Colorado Supreme Court Office of Regulation Counsel.
