Committee to Evaluate Impediments to the Justice System in Adams and Broomfield Counties
An Adams/Broomfield Access to Justice Committee has been formed in response to a directive from the Governor's Statewide Access to Justice Committee.
The local committee is charged with identifying barriers to justice in the 17th Judicial System, and proposing and implementing solutions to these barriers to promote more user-friendly judicial services in Adams and Broomfield Counties.
TheAdams/Broomfield committee will prepare a final report to present to the statewide committee in December 2003.
Committee members include: Judge Cathy Delgado (District Court), Judge Scott Crabtree (District Court), Judge Diana Roybal (County Court), Randy Saucedo (Project Safeguard), Colleen Kent (Interpreter Coordinator), Bill DeLisio (Family Court Facilitator), Margaret Hansen (County Attorney's Office), Jen Leslie (County Attorney's Office), Jason Young (Public Defender's Office), Sharon Holbrook (District Attorney's Office), and Norm Campbell. The Adams/Broomfield representative on the statewide Committee is David Juarez.
