Training in the Latest Technology!
The Colorado Bar Association is pleased to sponsor CLE-accredited training in a myriad of legal-specific technology.
E-Filing
The CBA offers FREE training for state district court and county court e-filing (LexisNexis™ File & Serve) to all Colorado attorneys and their support staff. You do not need to be a member of the CBA to attend these classes. However, we are not in a position to offer these classes to paralegal students at this time. Click on the links to the right for complete information about these classes, including dates, times, and RSVP requirements.
Legal-Specific Software and Microsoft Office Applications
The Colorado Bar Association is pleased to offer CLE-accredited Hands-On Software Training through our training partners.
The CBA has assembled leading software consultants as its training partners. They provide proven legal user solutions for automating the practice of law through training, consulting, support and programming. If you would like to register for a class, or would like additional information about a particular class (dates, times, registration requirements, and cost), contact that specific Training Partner. Contact information for all of our Training Partners, as well as the classes they teach, can be found on the links to the right, under "Training Partners."
Training Partners can provide one-on-one instruction, as well as multiple students in your firm. All exercises are legal specific. Let your computer work for you so you can get back to what your clients pay you to do, practice law.
Classes currently offered through the CBA include Microsoft® Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, WordPerfect, Migrating From WordPerfect, Time Slips®, QuickBooks Beginning, Trust Accounting School, and Payroll. We can also provide referrals for Time Matters® and Billing Matters™. Peggy Maday, the Microsoft Office products Training Partner, also provides training in DeltaView, metadata software, mobile devices, and document management (Docs Open, Imanage, and WorldDocs).
