Award Nomination Form and Volunteer Recognition Form

In addition to the individuals nominated for the Pro Bono Paralegal of the Year Award, the CBA Paralegal Committee would like to recognize paralegals who have assisted on pro bono matters and/or volunteered to assist community service-related organizations outside of the legal community which may not qualify for the Pro Bono Award.  You are encouraged to submit the names of paralegals whom you know have volunteered and the organization(s) they assisted.  We have provided a separate Volunteer Recognition Form for your convenience.
