CBA Resources
Welcome to the new CBA website!  We have moved all of our content from the old website over to our new website, but the layout is different.  You may experience a bit of difficulty navigating the resources.  The LPM Department is busy trying to reorganize our information, so please be patient with us as we discover the best way to provide all of our resources.

For help with your law practice, click on the links to the left identified as General Practice Management Resources, Technology Resources, Marketing Resources, and Finance Resources. The CBA LPM Department maintains a variety of resource information in these four core areas, as well as risk management, professional liability insurance information, discounted ABA publications, CLE-accredited training in the latest technology for you and your staff, and much more. We are gradually putting this information online, available exclusively to our members.  Find your topic to the left.  If you do not find what you are looking for, call 303-860-1115 and ask for Reba Nance or Michelle Gersic. You can also check out the ABA Law Practice Management Section's newly launched Law Practice Today, an e-publication with articles related to law practice marketing, management, technology and finance.  Law Practice Today is updated on a weekly basis with new articles related to one of these core areas.  Check out Law Practice Today here, or www.lawpracticetoday.org.

Law Practice Management Hotline
As a service to its members, the CBA Department of Law Practice Management and Risk Management provides information to members on a variety of practice management issues, including legal specific computer software and technology.  Give us a call.  If we cannot answer your question, we will refer you to someone who can. 

Live Programs
The CBA sponsors a wide range of live presentations and continuing legal education programs on law practice management topics, including using the Internet in your law office.  Presentations can be created for local bar associations and other groups, upon request.  Topics include:
