Food Drive 2008
CBA Litigation Section Signs on as the Statewide Sponsor of Bar Association Food Drive
Co-Sponsored by the CBA Litigation Section and the DBA Community Action Network
In an effort to make the DBA metro area food drive a statewide program this year, the CBA Litigation section signed on as the statewide sponsor. They are encouraging out-state law firms to make online contributions or to support their local food banks. The council made a $500 contribution to the statewide food bank to kick off the drive.
Over the last several years, this two-week drive has provided close to 100,000 meals and more than $30,000 for the Food Bank of the Rockies. We invite all Colorado firms to join the drive and help us flood the docks of the Food Banks again this year.
You can participate to the Food Bank of the Rockies by going online to: http://www.foodbankrockies.org/donate_food_virtual_food_drive.cfm Please name your firm under “Name of Company” and enter “ROTB” under “Comments.” A $1 donation buys four meals at Food Bank of the Rockies.
