Amicus Brief Commitee

This Committee, with not more than five members, shall review applications for the CBA to participate as amicus in matters pending before federal and state courts in Colorado. The Committee shall make recommendations to the Executive Council if CBA participation is appropriate and then review and suggest modification to proposed briefs, if necessary.
