Department of Revenue Proposed Tax Regulations

The Department of Revenue has recently adopted two regulations which were proposed in September 2009 and discussed during a hearing held on October 7, 2009.  The adopted regulations are as follows (click on the regulation name to view a copy):

*         Revised Regulation IV.18(a) - Allocation and Apportionment for Corporate Income Tax under Multi-State Tax Compact
