Appellate Pro Bono Program

The Appellate Pro Bono (free) Program of the Colorado Bar Association (CBA) is a pilot  program that provides pro bono attorneys to represent indigent pro se litigants in civil cases pending before the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Colorado Supreme Court. The program was approved by the CBA’s Executive Council, the CBA’s Litigation Council, the Appellate Practice Subcommittee, the Governing Board of Metro Volunteer Lawyers (MVL), the Colorado Court of Appeals, and the Colorado Supreme Court.
