Choice of Entity

LawToolBox is a Colorado company that has developed an online business formation tool. Basically, you answer a series of questions, and it will help you to do everything necessary to form your own corporation or law firm. Sign up (or existing users log on) at www.lawtoolbox.com, and when your toolbox opens, click on the "Incorporate" link in the blue bar. Then click on the "Form New Business" link and answer the questions in the business formation wizard. It will draft the necessary documents, including articles of incorporation, etc., and will even tell you which posters are required by law to be posted at your workplace.
