Honorable Kevin L. Hoyer

The Thirteenth Judicial District Commission on Judicial Performance unanimously recommends Washington County Judge Kevin L. Hoyer BE RETAINED.

Judge Hoyer serves the Washington County Court about 35% of his time, the remainder of his time spent in private practice. He was appointed to the bench in 1987 and his workload consists of 25% civil, 25% misdemeanor and 50% traffic.

The evaluations from attorneys, litigants, law enforcement personnel and jurors were all very favorable. Judge Hoyer is very active in the community, including Lions Club and school activities.
