The following Classified Ads ("Web Ads") may not also be printed in The Colorado Lawyer (unless a separate print issue purchase has been made).

Classified Advertising is accepted from both members of the Colorado Bar Association and nonmembers.

Ads are not accepted for review and pricing by telephone or facsimile transmission.

THERE IS NO DEADLINE to purchase a Web Ad. Confirmed, prepaid Web Ad requests will be placed within 48 hrs. E-mail communication and credit card payment are suggested as being the most expeditious. If e-mail is not possible, copy and payment can be delivered or mailed as indicated above. Processing, however, including payment, must be transacted before ad posting.

Web Ads will remain on the website for 30 days from the date of posting. The posting date appears on the first line of the ad. Advertisers must submit a request either by e-mail or U.S. mail for review and pricing. Prepayment is required before posting of ad.

Maximum 100 words allowed and minimum charges apply.

Ad payment may be by: (1) check/money order payable to the Colorado Bar Association; or (2) acceptable credit cards are MC and VISA. A Credit Card Authorization form (completed and executed) will be transmitted to advertiser during the review and finalization process; and is required to be on file. Completed forms may be submitted by scan and e-mail (bhansen@cobar.org) or by fax to (303) 830-3990. Ads are non-refundable.

Rate Information

Ad costs for all Categories (with the exception of "Donated Books" or "Books Wanted," which are Free of Charge) are as follows:

Members: $1.25 per word to 100 words. (Employment ads have a $25 minimum charge for members.)

Non-Members: $2.00 per word to 100 words. (Employment ads have a $35 minimum charge for non-members.)

All non-employment-related categories have a $20 minimum charge.

"Blind Box" ads apply to employment-related ads only and have $10 additional charge.

No "Blind Box" ads accepted for "Jobs Wanted" and all other non-employment-related categories.
