The photo on the cover was taken by David J. Molnar on a snowshoe trek along the Slate River, a few miles outside Crested Butte. It was a beautiful late ­winter day. Molnar is a Colorado-licensed attorney and CBA member currently ­living in the San Francisco Bay area.
