This matter arises sua sponte to vacate General Procedure Order 2002-5 that waived the miscellaneous filing fee for electronically filed amendments to a debtor’s schedule of creditors, list of creditors, matrix or mailing lists ("Amendments"). Pursuant to the authority in 28 U.S.C. § 1930(f) and as announced publically on the U.S. Bankruptcy Court’s website and in an electronic notice from the Court provided to electronic filers, effective November 1, 2008, the Court resumed charging the Miscellaneous Fee prescribed by the Judicial Conference of the United States pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1930(b) for electronically filed Amendments. Accordingly, it is
Ordered that General Procedure Order 2002-5 is vacated, nunc pro tunc to November 1, 2008.
