Notice of Nominating Committee Members
COLORADO BAR ASSOCIATION
Pursuant to the Bylaws of the Colorado Bar Association (CBA), notice is hereby given that the following members constitute the Nominating Committee for the purposes of making nominations of officers to be elected for the 2013–14 administrative year.

CBA members are invited to send their nominations for the office of President-Elect to any member of the Committee. The Committee will begin its deliberations in the very near future and it is suggested that nominations be submitted as soon as possible. The deadline for submitting names is December 1, 2012.
Nominations will be made for the following office:
President-Elect to be selected from the First District (Denver)
Nominations for the seven district vice presidents should be directed to the district representatives as listed above or a member of the Board of Governors. A current roster of the Board of Governors representatives is on the CBA website at www.cobar.org/index.cfm/ID/20092/CBOG/Governance and in the August issue of The Colorado Lawyer at www.cobar.org/tcl/tcl_articles.cfm?articleid=7684. The deadline for submitting names is December 1, 2012.
The CBA’s districts are as follows:
Senior Vice President, 4th District (Pueblo, 16th Judicial District, Southeastern Colorado, and Southern Colorado Bar Associations)
Vice President, 1st District (Denver)
Vice President, 2nd District (Adams–Broomfield, Arapahoe, Aurora, Douglas–Elbert, and 1st Judicial District Associations)
Vice President, 3rd District (Boulder, Larimer, 13th Judicial District, and Weld County Bar Associations)
Vice President, 5th District (El Paso, Fremont/Custer, Heart of the Rockies, and San Luis Valley Bar Associations)
Vice President, 6th District (Delta, Four Corners, Mesa, 7th Judicial District, and Southwestern Colorado Bar Associations)
Vice President, 7th District (Continental Divide, 9th Judicial District, Northwestern Colorado, and Pitkin County Bar Associations)
All officers, once selected, are also members of the CBA Board of Governors and Executive Council.
The Nominating Committee must report its nominees to the CBA membership on or before February 15, 2013. Thereafter, additional nominations for any of the above offices may be made by 5:00 p.m., March 15, 2013, by petition of no fewer than 100 CBA members in good standing.
