This program will be co-sponsored by the Business Law Section.
This panel discussion will cover the benefits of arbitration for private companies and offer tips for drafting arbitration clauses. It will also cover pertinent provisions of the Colorado Alternative Dispute Resolution Act and state and federal case law resolving questions of arbitrability.
