The CBA Bankruptcy Subsection is pleased to announce the return of regular lunch-hour events hosted at the Bankruptcy Court. Chapter 13 Trustee Staff Attorneys Jennifer Cruseturner (Office of Adam M. Goodman) and Matthew Hoelscher (Office of Douglas B. Kiel) will provide insights, explanations, and suggestions.
-How to tackle income and expense documentation for self-employed debtors in Chapter 13 cases
-Disclosure and documentation of post-petition changes in circumstances, with the goal of smoothing the path to plan confirmation
-Updated case closing procedures in light of the recent In re Kinney decision from the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals
-Updates on court business from the Clerk’s Office
Approved for one general credit
