We welcome you to join us for part 5 of our DEI TED-style Talk CLE series. At this CLE, our faculty will share their stories of coming out to their bosses and coworkers, the reactions they received, how that affected them, and strategies for any lawyers who may be thinking about coming out in the legal workplace. As we work toward creating equity for all in the legal profession, regardless of background, it is more important now than ever to understand why attorneys may feel the need to not disclose certain portions of their background, whether it be sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, or otherwise and to work together to create safe spaces in all of our workplaces for attorneys to be their authentic selves.
