Please join the DBA-YLD for a Coffee Talk presented by Jim Fogg on January 25, 2017 at the CBA Executive Conference Room from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. Jim will give a talk on recent developments in Colorado law relating to the disqualification of counsel. He'll discuss what to consider when taking on representation, what to look out for, the nuts and bolts of seeking disqualification, and potential defenses.
