This CLE will give an overview of the ballot initiative process in Colorado. Beginning with the policy drafting process, the lecture will explore the review and comment process, Title Board hearing, and appeals to the Colorado Supreme Court. Other topics to be discussed will be campaign finance compliance and signature gathering. This is perfect for government attorneys, young lawyers and anyone else who is interested in the upcoming ballot initiatives this year.
There will be a call-in option for those who can't attende in-person.
