Oral advocacy, particularly on appeal, is an attorney's most direct opportunity to persuade judges. In this one-hour CLE, you will learn the nuts-and-bolts of effectively arguing to trial and appellate judges through real world examples. Drawing on their experience from arguing hundreds of cases before Colorado's state and federal courts, Kevin McReynolds and John Lee of the Colorado Attorney General's Office will provide you with an essential guide on how to prepare, present, and succeed at oral argument.
