3) How tests can be used and how to handle positive test results (including what quantifies as a positive, how levels can be used, etc.)

4) False Positives / Medical Complications – How common are they, and how are they generally worked around.

5) Reviewing sample/redacted tests and usage levels to demonstrate and provide overview of what these tests are or are not revealing.

6) Overlapping family law and criminal cases – how do we consider and consider advocacy from all directions, and how do our drug courts play a role in these types of circumstances?
