Discussion: Parties to divorce and APR actions are not necessarily limited to spouses or parents. This presentation will review various scenarios in which it is appropriate for a 3rd party to intervene or be joined to Domestic Relations case. We will explore standards, current case law, and strategic considerations for joinder and intervention in the context of both parental responsibilities and the division of marital property.
