Thomas A. Carr- Since July 2010, Tom Carr has been the city attorney in Boulder, Colorado. He has twelve years of private practice experience in New York and Seattle. His prior government service includes eight years as the Seattle city attorney and four years as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, specializing in organized crime civil RICO cases.
