Supervisory Patent Examiner, Allison Bourke will take you through the evaluation criteria and the time constraints of a patent examiner, and USPTO's Rocky Mountain Regional Office Assistant Regional Director, David Le, will moderate a panel discussion between primary patent examiners, two supervisory patent examiners, and patent attorneys from the Colorado Bar Association and Utah Bar Association. The panel will delve into key issues faced during patent prosecution, such as affidavit practice, subject matter eligibility, AFCP 2.0, 112 rejections, examiner interviews, appeals practice, and more.
