Julian Izbiky has decades of experience in representing clients on both sides of small business purchase and sales transactions. In this presentation, he will discuss the lessons he has learned in that time regarding client expectations and cost concerns, negotiations, deal structures, SBA-guaranteed loans, and more. Gain a better appreciation for the particular needs of small business clients in M&A deals and discover how smaller deals might inform your practice when it comes to larger deals.
