Michelle Noyes
Recognizing the need for mediation and alternative dispute resolution within families, workplaces, and schools, I leverage my teaching experience and advanced mediation training, facilitating group mediation for families and divorce, helping mediate issues in consumer affairs, contract disputes, and for non-profit organizations. Utilizing a collaborative Facilitative-Interest Based Model, I focus on the underlying needs or interests of the parties, as opposed to taking a legal rights approach.
Guiding my clients through a process of discovery, I encourage a broader range of solutions or resolutions that meet their needs. Rather than solving their problems for them, I provide resources for guidance and navigating challenging problems. Giving them a space to be heard, they often find a sense of relief, allowing them to be open to new perspectives that lead to a resolution.
