Announcing the inaugural Denver Bar Association Bench-Bar Committee “Courtroom Chats” series. This monthly gathering will be an opportunity for attorneys to meet and chat with a different Denver judge each month in an informal environment about various topics of interest, while also networking with other Denver attorneys.
The fourth “Chat” will be hosted by Denver District Court Judge Karen Brody on April 13, 2017. Judge Brody is currently assigned to the Domestic Docket. This “Chat” will be a unique opportunity for domestic practitioners to speak in an informal setting with a judge assigned to these cases and to obtain tips and feedback for successfully litigating domestic matters in the Denver District Court.
The Bench-Bar Committee plans to host these events on the second Thursday of the month from 7:45-8:45 a.m. in Courtroom 4B of the Lindsey-Flanigan Courthouse, so be on the look-out for future advertisements.
Coffee and light breakfast will be provided. The cost is $10 for CBA/DBA members and $15 for Non-CBA/DBA members. Registration is required but limited.
