Tips for Effectively Practicing in Front of Five of Denver’s Newest Judicial Officers
Take advantage of this great opportunity to meet five of Denver’s newest judicial officers, including three Denver District Court judges, one Denver County Court Judge, and a Denver County Court Magistrate. This presentation will include valuable information for effectively litigating cases in these judicial officers’ courtrooms and discussing their preferences, backgrounds, and other insights that will enable you to represent your clients as effectively as possible while easing their transition onto the bench. This online session will be led by Denver District Court Judges: Hon. Mark T. Bailey, Hon. Anita M. Schutte, and Hon. Demetria E. Trujillo; Denver County Court Judge, Hon. David Blackett, and Denver County Court Magistrate Hon. Judy Estrada. This presentation, like all of the Courtroom Chats, will occur in a causal “roundtable” format in which attendees are encouraged to ask questions and participate in a dialogue with the presenters.
