Join us for the 18th Annual Alternative Dispute Resolution Conference. The conference will offer an engaging and informative experience for ADR professionals of all levels, combining tried-and-true practices with fresh perspectives, inclusivity, and insights into emerging trends.
Highlights Include:
- Keynote address by Oladeji M. Tiamiyu, Assistant Professor of Law at DU, and explorer of emerging technologies and ideas impacting conflict management and dispute resolution. Oladeji Tiamiyu will discuss why promoting procedural fairness is of greater importance and relevance in an era where technology and ADR are increasingly interconnected.
- Simultaneous breakout sessions to satisfy both the civil and domestic relations focused mediator.
- For the newer mediator, “Everything You Ever Wanted to Know about Colorado Law on Mediation.”
- Our annual favorite ethics panel brought to you by The MAC returns.
- Connect with fellow ADR professionals over a networking lunch.
CBA-CLE will email webinar access information 24-48 hours before the program. Webinar participants are unable to ask questions.
Home studies will be available 2-3 weeks following the live program.

The program is accredited in Colorado. CBA-CLE staff can provide a Uniform Certificate of Attendance, and it is the attendee's responsibility to complete the accreditation outside of Colorado.
Cancellation Fee: If you are unable to attend, please notify CBA-CLE by Friday, October 18, 2024. We will gladly refund your tuition in full or apply your tuition to the webinar or home study. Cancellations after October 18th, will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee.
