In this CLE, Amy Brimah introduces practitioners to issues related to short-term rentals. We will discuss the basics related to short-term rentals, recent law changes, and potential issues in leases, contracts, and common interest communities related to short term rentals.
 
Amy Brimah is the managing partner of Brimah LLP and has extensive experience in handling various types of issues, deals and clients as a commercial transactional real estate attorney. She has over 20 years of experience in representing a variety of clients in different sectors and industries related to real estate, and across the range of small-size companies to large publicly traded corporations. Amy counsels local and national clients in all types of commercial real estate transactions, including entitlements and the entitlement process, development projects, land use issues, commercial finance transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, multi-use and in-fill projects, industrial and retail projects, lease transactions, and formation of condominiums/planned communities and common interest communities.
