The Colorado Child Support Commission's Stakeholder Meeting with the Family Law Section
The Commission will present to FLS stakeholders the findings of the Commission's mandatory quadrennial review and explain the Commission's recommendations for the 2024 legislative session, including changes to the support schedule, the low-income adjustment, and the parenting time adjustment. Following the presentation, the Commission will take questions and receive feedback from the FLS on their recommendations.
