Mediation Mastery: Maximizing Effective Mediation Techniques
Join Judge Rayna Gokli, David Littman, and Sangeetha Mallavarapu with tips on how to get the most out of your mediation sessions. They will discuss high conflict cases, use of experts, mediating with pro se parties on the other side, how to make a shift when you have reached an impasse, and when to cut your losses and go to court. Situations where mediation may not be appropriate will also be addressed. You will also hear valuable information on how to show your judicial officer that you mediated in good faith through your Joint Trial Management Certificate.
