In this presentation, Kilpatrick Townsend Denver Office Managing Partner Justin Krieger will provide an overview of Director Squire’s numerous changes to PTAB practice, proposed rules, and new precedential decisions. Justin Krieger is Managing Partner of Kilpatrick’s Denver office and is a leading patent strategist with more than 25 years of experience guiding clients through complicated intellectual property challenges. Justin is a seasoned first chair PTAB litigator who has been highly successful as lead counsel in dozens of AIA Trials (inter partes review (IPR) and post grant review (PGR)). He also is an adjunct professor of Law at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and at Mitchell-Hamline College of Law, where he teaches a class on PTAB litigation.
