This CLE presentation will discuss the importance of professionalism in litigation and specifically the impacts it makes for your client and their case. Judges despise unprofessional attorneys, and it often can impact the client. As litigators we are also humans and while we can advocate for our clients we can do so with kindness and professionalism. I want to offer real life examples of best practices to implement to maintain professionalism and how that in real time helps your client either through settling the case or earning you credibility with the judge or jury.
